Who is the personal data administrator?

The administrator of the personal data of the Customers is a sole proprietorship under the name HAVanna4U Usługi Turystyczne Anna Jesionczak, hereinafter referred to as the “Business”, with its registered office in Poznań (Os. B. Chrobrego 36/19, 60-681).

What are the purposes of processing Customers’ personal data?

  • sending responses to inquiries from the contact form,
  • concluding and implementing a contract for the provision of tourist services,
  • making settlements, financial reporting,
  • organizing the trip, booking hotels, transfers and other services.

Who may personal data be transferred to?

Accounting and bookkeeping offices cooperating with the Business, entities supporting the organisation of the trip, including carriers, hotels and representatives of the Business at the destination.

How long will personal data be processed?

Personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years from the end of the last contract for the provision of tourist services concluded with the Client.

What are the rights of Clients in connection with the processing of personal data?

Every Customer has the right to:

  • access the content of personal data and receive a copy of their data,
  • correct (amend) personal data,
  • delete or limit personal data,
  • transfer personal data if the data is processed on the basis of a contract or consent,
  • object to the processing of personal data,
  • withdraw consent at any time.

Is it possible to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data?

Every Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Is the provision of personal data a contractual or statutory requirement?

Providing personal data of Customers is necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of tourist services and to implement the purchased services.
