Although the HAVanna4U brand was registered in Poland in 2018, its founders have been involved in tourism for over 20 years. Their knowledge, acquired during tourism studies and numerous professional courses, is supported by extensive experience gained while guiding tourist groups and guiding Clients around Europe, South America and the Caribbean, as well as many private trips around the world. This is why the offer they create is well thought out, diverse and prepared with attention to every detail.

Only selected Polish or Cuban guides who live permanently on the island work to serve HAVanna4U Customers. They not only know this country inside out – its realities, culture, history, traditions and cuisine – but also love it and show it with passion. They guide in Polish, English, Spanish, French and German. They are true professionals!

At HAVanna4U, we place great emphasis on the quality of our services. In addition to working with the best local guides, providing comfortable air-conditioned transport with a license to transport tourists and verified accommodation throughout the island is crucial for us. We have visited each of them personally and made sure that they are comfortable, clean and safe, as well as located in a great location. In addition to the offer of basic casas particulares (private accommodations), we are also able to meet the needs of more demanding Customers interested in deluxe accommodation in beautiful boutique hotels. We also verify the restaurants to which we take you for meals during the tour, because everyone probably knows the proverb: “the way to a person’s heart is through their stomach”.

In order to ensure high quality of services provided and to devote the appropriate attention to each participant of the trip, we make sure that our groups do not exceed 15-20 people (depending on the number of applications). HAVanna4U‘s activity is based primarily on cooperation with owners of small private businesses – taxis, minibuses, casas particulares, restaurants, bars, dance schools, pedicab drivers, handicraft manufacturers, etc. By using their services, we are sure that the foreign currency actually ends up in the hands of Cubans, not government institutions. It is equally important for us that our guides and co-workers receive fair wages, and not a symbolic $20 per month of work. We also put our clients in touch with Polish missionaries and nuns in order to transfer gifts brought from abroad to help the most needy Cubans.

Thanks to our experience and many years spent in Cuba, we are able to prepare unconventional itineraries, full of unique attractions. The offer presented on our website is addressed primarily to individual clients, although years of hard work by HAVanna4U have resulted in establishing cooperation with various travel agencies. As a contractor, we provide full service for groups visiting Cuba, including: accommodation, transport, meals, guide services, organization of sightseeing and program attractions.
