I WANT TO VISIT INDIVIDUALLY

Check our offer and prices listed under each program, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Participation (GTC).
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page or send us an e-mail. In the message provide:
- the name of the excursion / service you want to request (indicating that it is an individual tour),
- the selected date,
- the number of people,
- the names, surnames and dates of birth of the Participants,
- the contact phone number,
- the planned place of accommodation.
In the return message you will receive confirmation of the availability of the date and information about the amount of the deposit required to guarantee the reservation of the selected services. Follow the instructions sent by email.
After receiving the payment, we will send you confirmation and details of the reservation made.
Remember that you must purchase your own plane tickets, travel insurance and a Cuban visa, and have a valid passport. If you need help with these matters – let us know.

I WANT TO JOIN A GROUP TOUR

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page or send us an e-mail. In the message provide:
- the name of the excursion / service you want to request (indicating that it is an group tour),
- the selected date,
- the number of people,
- the names, surnames and dates of birth of the Participants,
- the contact phone number,
- the planned place of accommodation.
In the return message you will receive information about the amount of the deposit required to reserve a place in the selected group. Follow the instructions sent by email.
In the case of unconfirmed groups, wait patiently until the minimum required number of participants is gathered. Once the group is confirmed, we will send a confirmation and details of the reservation to your email inbox.
No later than one month before arrival, we will inform you whether a sufficient number of Participants have gathered for the ordered tour. In the case of optional trips, such information is provided no later than one week before their start. In the event that the selected trip is canceled – it is possible to change the date free of charge, use another available program or refund the paid deposit.
Remember that after confirming the departure, you must purchase plane tickets, travel insurance and a Cuban visa on your own and have a valid passport. If you need help with these matters – let us know.
If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer in Cuba – let us know – we will help you organise additional accommodations and private airport transfers.

I WANT TO BUY A VISA (TOURIST CARD)

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page or send us an e-mail. In the message provide:
- Your name, surname and residential address with postal code (or company details) – required for issuing an invoice,
- contact phone number,
- number of visas needed,
- e-mail address to which the visas are to be sent.
In the return message you will receive an invoice with payment details. After making the transfer, you should send us a document with its confirmation.
As soon as your payment is recorded, you will receive the ordered visas along with instructions on how to activate them to the provided e-mail address.
The visa is valid for 1 year from the moment it is generated and allows you to stay in Cuba for 90 days (with the possibility of a one-time extension for another 90 days).
The regular price is 25 EUR, but there is currently a promotion for our Clients – when purchasing other HAVanna4U services, the cost of the visa is 20 EUR.
